Most of us would highly discourage anything permanent at 21, and most of us would simply say "no" and not agree to anything permanent for you.

Without knowing your specifics, there are good options:

Mirena IUD (mirena.com) Birth Control PIlls, NuvaRing, or patch--all very similar in action, side effects, etc. Implanon ("google" this for the website)

Why not go see your gyn to discuss?
