Being Rh negative is very unlikely to have anything to do with your secondary infertility. Your irregular cycles are likely to be the issue based on what you've told me, and 3 years is too long to have not conceived.

You should make an appointment to be evaluated by your Gyn.

Good luck; if irregular cycles is the only issue, then your chances are good.
