The doctor diagnosed my friend that she has a dermoid cysts in her left ovary about half the size of the ovary and they are suggesting to remove the left ovary before planning to have a baby. How safe is it to remove one ovary before having any children? She has got very irregular periods right from ber puberty and now having problems with conceiving a baby. She has tried laprascopy and doctors are plannig to do endoscopy. she is really worried and need some help in deciding what to do and what exactly her problem is.
