GENERAL: Very confused about my pelvic soreness/tenderness.

I'm 19 years old and have recently been experiencing some soreness around my pelvis (tender to the touch, mostly near where my ovaries are). It's not excruciating pain, and not so much uncomfortable either, it's just very sore (as if I did a lot of exercise/crunches and now muscles are sore -- but I don't exercise). Since about a year ago I've experienced mild pain during sex but never thought much of it. My pelvic tenderness has recently been accompanied by lower back pain and neck pain -- but I figured it could be my size D breasts that is causing the back pain. I've also noticed that the soreness is more prominent when I feel I have to make a bowel movement, and after I use the bathroom the pain goes away. This is only sometimes though. Lately since the soreness flared up I've become really worried because my mother was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst at age 53. I went to the doctor yesterday and he ran a pregnancy test and a urinalysis. He said I am not pregnant, nor do I have a major infection -- but prescribed me antibiotics anyway because he said I had a little bit of blood cells in my urine but nothing to be worried about. So I have no answers for why I am sore. My mother insists it could just be too much sex (I've been engaged for the past 2 years, in a 5 year relationship.) I'm terrified that it's some sort of cyst. The doctor told me if the pain does not subside with antibiotics to go back so he can run an ultrasound and pap smear. I don't want to go through a series of test, this whole scenario is very scare for me. He also mentioned it could be a thyroid problem, as I haven't had my period in about 2 months -- but I've been having irregular periods since I've lost my virginity, years ago. The doctor told me it also concerns him that I have not gotten pregnant yet considering how long I've been sexually active. This worries me also. If anyone has any advice or ideas of what I may have or what may be wrong, please help. Thank you!
