I was on Desogen and then switched to Loestren 24 FE on 11/18. I was going to skip my period because of the long Thanksgiving weekend. This past Friday 11/23 I missed a pill, and took that pill along with Saturdays pill on Saturday around 9pm (I usually take them around 2pm). I have taken one per day ever since, but last night I started spotting and cramping. Will this stop? Or should I stop taking the pill for a few days to get the spotting out of my system? Can I take two pills a day this weekend if it hasn't stopped by then? How can I make sure it will be over by Sunday!
