I would start tracking your cycles very carefully, looking for all of the SS of ovulation. Determine when you are ovulating, and also what your cycle pattern is. If you are skipping a period, that is important information. Or, a longer cycle can affect when you ovulate. Perhaps you have PCOS which is now showing itself. Perhaps there are changed in your environment that have changed your hormonal balance. If you track your cycles, you will usually see some sort of pattern. Once you have several months of cycles, you can show that to your GYN provider. Also, it might be worth it for your partner to have a sperm count, and to do all of the things currently suggested, such as boxer shorts, and avoiding things like a hot tub. As you did conceive two children, there no doubt is a solution here.
