Could be a sign you have adenomyosis. That could cause both the pain
and the bleeding. There are so many reasons that ablations 'fail'.
Large uteri, irregular shaped cavities, fibroids, element failure, thick
tissue. But remember, the ablation is not designed to help with the
pain, even tho it will occasionally help. Hope the helps...Dr. von
