being dx with 1st dergee prolapse my doctor warnned me that if i didnt stop my heavy lefting , puling and pushing i would need an emergency hysto in five years. if i opt. for a hysto right now at 1st degree could i go back to a normal way of life(my way of life)? also at 52 i am starting menopause cycle but i have very painful nipples, i cant figure out why, it has been almost a month, i havnt seen my doctor since jume but im due to see him in october. what could be causing the painful nipples? is it the hormonal changes im going throug, like being pregnant without the prize at the end of 9 months.
