CHRONICPAIN: 3+ years of hell...close to suicide...please help.

OK, I need some direction or a different view point on this situation. For over three years I have suffered from dehabilitating pelvic pain. I only had any relief for one of the past few years after I had been given a perscription of Anaprox, but then after about 9 months the pain returned and been constant for two years (albeit always ebbing and flowing, changing in nature and location, as well as intensity, but always there nonetheless). Originally my doctor thought it was PID resulting from a prior Chlamydia infection, but I have been non-responsive to any anti-biotics perscribed. I have even gone so far as to have a laparoscopy where the gynecologist said everything looked OK except for one blocked tube on the right, and saw no evidence of PID or the cause of my pain. It is everywhere, the front, the sides, deep, superficial, low down, up high, stabbing, dull, aching, on fire, in the front, in my lower back (where it's killing right now), EVERYWHERE, and moves around and always changes. Ultimately, I have been unable to have sex, or exercise at all for TWO YEARS. I cannot live like this. I don't think my symptoms match those of PID (I've had no fever, no discharge, no bleeding etc.) It does not change with my cycle. It all started about 6 months after I was treated for Chlamydia. I had a pelvic exam/pap smear (wherein I thought the doctor pushed WAY too hard on my abdomen and from then on have barely let him touch me) and from there has simply progressed and not quit. The only lead I have is that there is trace amounts of blood in my urine...which I am currently investigating with a urologist...but the complexity and variance in my symptoms do not match any urology problem I have read about.

PLEASE HELP, I need my life back.
