just want to let you know; pretty much the same thing happened to my mom about 5 years back when she was pregnant with my youngest brother. Home pregnancy tests said she was pregnant, went to the doctor and they told her she wasn't and it may have been a miscarriage and wanted to induce an abortion. My mother is completely against abortion and wanted to stick to her gut and wait.... she went back into her doctor months later and guess what appeared? a heartbeat, there was in fact a baby who is now my healthy adorable 5 year old brother. So just be careful, i would say get a second opinion.
