I am 42 years old, with a 16 year old c-section scar that is giving me problems now. It is very painful, hard and red. Very painful to touch, the area above and below it is very hard/red. It doesnt seem to be a boil/zit, there isnt a head to it. It is painful to walk, the stretching of the scar and to lay on my stomach. Any ideas, as this scar hasnt given me any problems for 16 years.
