CHRONICPAIN: Pelvic pain, lower back pain, occasional blood in stool...what's going on??

Hi. I hope that you can offer me some advice. I had a laparoscopy done on Monday morning and there were no signs of endometriosis (which is what my doc has been thinking all along). The only thing that was abnormal was a slightly enlarged uterus and slightly boggy uterus. My symptoms include pelvic pain/menstrual-like cramps, lower back pain, pain in my hips and sometimes legs, knees. I am 28 years old. I have two children. I have PCOS, but have always had regular periods. (I haven't had one in 18 months because I'm still nursing my 10 1/2 month old). The doctor says it's possible that it is adenomyosis, but wants me to see a GI doctor. What could possibly be going on to cause all the cramping and back pain? Regardless of my PCOS, he saw no cysts or any sign of endo. I'm just trying to figure out where to go from here, if anyone has any ideas, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks so much!
