Please call your gyn provider and get it removed immediately. This does happen sometimes, for a variety of reasons, but once discovered, please get it removed. It is a great breeding ground for bacteria. I am assuming you can't pull it out yourself, so you do need the assistance of your gyn provider. We see these kinds of things, and sometimes it is difficult to remove yourself.
