Might I suggest: 1. TRack your cycles and symptoms very carefully. My rule of thumb is...if it is cyclic, it is hormonal. If it is constant, it is something else. If it is related to diet, that is something you can control.

Also, the medications you are taking might be contributing. Not sure you want to stop them, but keep that in mind.

2. Track your diet very carefully, especially alcohol or sugar in the evening. I have found both of those things to cause/contribute to night sweats, and yes, it can be a part of Perimenopause. You also might be experiencing early menopause in the form of Perimenopause.

3. The other condition associated with night sweats (happening repeatedly, not cyclic) is Hodgkins Disease. So, that needs to be ruled out.
