Well, of course, you do what you feel is correct. If the doctor had
difficulty then a follow up ultrasounds should have been done to
determine the exact/correct position. Of course she wouldn't think it
is a medical error. But, this kind of stuff is rare, and I certaintly
would be upset if I stated it was painful, with no response. I guess I
would certaintly make it clear that you expect some break in your costs.
You do what you feel is right. I do see it as something the physician
should have followed up on, and didn't do that, and also placed the IUD
incorrectly. That is pretty major to me.
