It looks like you had a uterine infection, which probably contributed to the miscarriage. Common bacteria are Group B Strep, but there are others. I am surprised the result didn't inciate a specific organism that contributed to the infection. Was there any illness around the time of the miscarriage, or any procedures done around the time of the miscarriage, or any cervical/vaginal infections ? All would contribute to the Chorioamnionintis. Means an infection of the amniotic sac.
