HYSTERECTOMY: CystsFrom: Regina (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 31 May 2007 10:24:02 -0500 (CDT)
Hello! I am 36 yrs old and I have had a particle hysterectomy due to cysts, 6 yrs ago and two years after that I had my left ovary remove due to cysts and last year I had my right ovary removed to cysts as well. I was doing fine up until Feb 07 when I seemed to develope a bacterial infection with heavy discharge and itching that will not go away. I have taken every kind of over the counter cream, I went to my physican and she has given me prescription creams and pills. She also did a culture and it did come back as a bacterial infection. I have continued with these medications and they have not cleared up the problem. She suggested that I use premin cream and it seemed to make the problem worse. I also am having alot of pain in my lower back and stomach. My question is, I have developed numerous cysts over the last couple of years, is it possible that I could have developed more cysts that could be attached to the lining where I have had a hysterectomy. My physician states she is unable to identify the source of the problem or what the cure may be. I would greatly appreciate any comments or suggestion to this issue. Thank you
