There is a new one out that has just been FDA Approved. Not sure how available it is. Talk with your GYN provider about it. You can take almost any pill and just skip the spacer week. But now there are several brands that are specifically for that purpose. And, not everyone has spotting. So, you might be a lucky one.

Also, Explore the risks and benefits of having fewer periods per year, and your reasons for wanting to do that.
