I would investigate PCOS. With irregular cycles, the heavy bleeding and
the history of endometrial cancer. With the family history, perhaps
others in your family had PCOS and thus the endometrial cancer. You
might not have it now, but down the line it would be a concern, and thus
screening is very important.
PCOS is associated with endometrial cancer, as the lining of the uterus
builds up. YOU need regular endometraial biopsies and ultrasouds and
someone you can work with. Please get medical coverage and get some
assistance with these issues, as they are very concerning to you. The
Breast and Cervical Screening program can sometimes get you in for a pap
smear and mammogram and sometimes that opens doors.
Breast and Cervical Screening: Put that into your search engine. I do
not know what state you are in, but it is a federally funded program
specifically for the concerns you have.
