CHRONICPAIN: Pain for a year

I'm 32. 3 years ago, I had a hysterectomy due to severe pelvic pain. While my doctor and I knew I had endometriosis, pathology on the uterus showed adenomyosis. For 2 years, I've felt pretty good, but the last year has been bringing on more pain on my right side where I'm guessing my ovary is. I've held out telling my OB/GYN for a while, but now I'm ready to deal with it. It hurts almost constantly, but at times is excruciating, especially when going to the bathroom. Best guess, is this likely more endo or adhesions? I'd just like to get an opinion so I'll stop stressing about it before my appointment.

Thanks for any input, Kris
