When the physician pulled out the speculum there was red blood on the end. The physician advised the cervix can bleed and it was not unusual. I was found to have a vaginal yeast infection, the rest of the pap will be in next week. I've definately been having burning and itching. My question is since the pap smear I've had a faint stain of brown blood and a little red smear when I go to the bathroom. Nothing that is true spotting and not all the time and its not every time I go to the bathroom. Is that normal? I am on birth control pills.
