Have you been evaluated by someone other than a GYN provider ? Perhaps
the cause of the pain is from some other organ of your body. I would
hope for a complete pelvic ultrasound, appropriate lab tests. Have you
been to an internist who will look at the whole picture. I am assuming
you are tracking your cycles and your symptoms so that you have that
information to share with them. If many of the obvious gyn conditions
have been eliminated, I would look somewhere else for the source of the
problem. Of course, I would also be certain that ovarian cancer has
been totally ruled out. It is elusive and sometimes difficult to
diagnose.
