Dear Janet, It may be unclear wether your bumps are located around the opening of the vagina (vulva) or around the cervix. The cervix, the neck of the womb, is situated inside your vagina and is usually difficult to access. Usually, if these bumps (on either location) are not itchy or painfull they are usually harmless. If they persist after some weeks it would be wise to consult your health care provider. Prof. Verheijen
