Hi, 38- never pregnant. I have huge fibroids & cin3 and went in for a cone biopsy that could not be performed because of a posterior fibroid in the way so I came out of surgery with dysplasia still. I'm set for a myomectomy next month and quite frightened of that surgery. At this point is there any way I can avoid the myo, live with fibroids, and get rid of this dysplasia? I'm afraid of catching something from a transfusion. I'm scared of hyst or uae side effects. Seeing the gyn/onc on fri, just want some ideas on what else I can do.
