Hi, I'm taking the birth control pill (Ortho Tri-Cyclen), and I'm now into my second pack. On the sunday night that I started my second pack, I also took 2 energy pills called "Nitro 2 go", which have Ephedra in them. I just wanted to know if this will decrease the effectiveness in any way, and if so, how long do I have to use a back-up method for? Thank you!!
