I have a copy of my medical records because when I was going through an infertility work-up my OB/GYN referred me to a specialist. In looking at the results, I noticed a couple of things that I don't recall my physician really discussing with me or explaining to me. They may be little things but he never took the time to explain, so I thought I'd ask here.

OK..what is a submucous fibroid near the left cornu (1.0 cm)? What is a thin septation in the endocervical canal...may represent a synechia? What are Patent fallopian tubes?

I realize that these are questions that I should ask my OB/GYN...but I thought I'd go here first. I'm scheduled for an exam at the end of the month anyway, but I thought I'd try.
