How to improve bladder control

Hi all, I've recently noticed that I've had trouble holding my bladder after starting a new job as a secretary at a factory. I've always had exemplary bladder control but, as there are no bathrooms for females at the factory (I am the sole female employee there) and I can't relieve myself until I get home, I often end up on the verge of having an accident by the end of the day.

I always try to drink at least three litres of water during the course of the day but can't work out why this makes me always bursting to go at the end of my 8-hour shift. Would Kegels help or should I see my doctor?

Concerned..... Jen
