I really don't have answer to your question. My personal experience goes this way ..I became sexually active only after marriage. I and my husband decided to use the natural family planning and had sex only on the safe days. The result was that I got pregnant 3 months into my marriage. Later, when we didn't want to have another child for quite sometime and I was still breastfeeding, hence I decided not to take any pills and we used condoms all the time. I got pregnant with-in 2 months of getting my periods back. The baby is due in October. On the other hand, a close friend of mine has been married for over 2 yrs now and has successfully avoided pregnancy by natural family planning. How in the world is it possible that we got pregnant while using condoms and the other couple have still not had any children in 2 yrs now without using any contraception... I really don't know what to conclude ... Any comments/suggestions/experiences are welcome !!!
