Hi Maya,
I'm sorry to hear you're still getting UTIs. Different things seem to
work for different people. I'd recommend drinking lots of water...I
know, everyone says that...but I mean, really drinking lots. Like,
enough that you feel you're going to burst, and you will have to wake up
3-4 times over the course of the night to go pee. It's a bit disruptive
to your sleep schedule, but that's one technique that helped me, before
I found my current partner.
