I went to The George Washington University Vulvar specialist with the exact same ailment. Here is my list I received from the vulvar specialist, for $800. 1. Use "All FREE AND CARE" detergent for Sensitive Skin for ALL your clothing, including towels! 2. NO DRYER SHEETS in the dryer! 3. Cetaphil Soap for cleansing the area. 4. Aveeno oatmeal baths. 5. White Toilet paper, unscented! 6. NO SEXUAL LUBRICANTS!-- and if you use condoms, evaluate if their material is offensive to your skin (like latex). 7. NO SPERMICIDES! 8. NO DOUCHES! 9. NO BUBBLE BATHS! 10. ALL WHITE COTTON UNDERWEAR.... I hope this helps. My ailment lasted 9 months..and I finally feel better!
