I was on HRT for a couple of years with no problems except high blood pressure and weight gain. No longer using HRT. I suffer very badly from night sweats and day sweats - any rise in weather temperature means I suffer. I am still overweight, about 2 stones but tackling this. Also doing pilates, yoga and soem gym work to improve genral health. Why am I getting these sweats - thyey ruined my holidays especially during the evenings last year, and I don't know what to do.
