Hi Sweetie,
you have my full empathy as I know exactly what it feels like - I had it
for a few years before it finally got under control. So here's what
works for me:
- steroid creams worked initially but now make problem worse
- unscented diaper rash cream
- sitting in a bath of warm water with nothing in it
- changing underwear twice or three times a day if I have a lot of
discharge
- avoid wearing jeans like the plague, wear skirts when it flares up
I noticed that my symptoms got worse when I was stressed e.g. exam, job
interview because I tend to squeeze my thighs together which led to skin
irritations getting worse.
Take care there's more of us out there,
U.
