I'm not a doctor, but I don't think you are about to have a heart attack. If you have a company nurse, you must be in a company that is fairly sizeable, and thus there must be a Human Resources Department. There are procedures that must be followed in documenting work performance problems. I suggest you set up a meeting ASAP between your supervisors and a Human Resources staff member to try to turn this situation around. I'm not saying you are a poor performer, but apparently your supervisors are beginning to document you in preparation for dismissal. If they do, you probably won't be able to collect unemployment, and being fired for cause will make it harder to find a new job. You can buy some time by going to Human Resources. In the meantime, try to calm down- they aren't worth getting sick over. My feeling is you are probably a basically good employee who probably hasn't been trained sufficiently (I believe the conscientious employees feel stress in your position; the bad ones don't).
