grandulated tissue???????? I had a LAVH(lap. assisted vaginal hyst.) on Nov.19, 2002 and after all the initial post-op appointment, the doctor has now said I have "GRANDULATED TISSUE".  After the surgery the pathologist report came back that I did have cervical cancer and also had adenomyosis. My question today is one of two, First : Is it possible for the cancer has spread to healthy tissue in that area???? Second: Is "GRANDULATED AND ADHESIONS" the same or different????
