Many people with Celiac disease an hypoglycemic tendencies are sensitive to glutamate found in quit a few foods. If you are not aware of how to avoid them you can still ingest quite a bit on a Celiac diet without knowing it. Your symptoms almost exactly mimic mine and I can eliminate all my symptoms by watching what I eat. Check out http://www.msgmyth.com and http://www.msgtruth.org They are lifesavers. There is a book that is available at msgmyth.com that makes everything totally clear but lots of info is in the discussion board and you can ask questions. Laurie >
