It would be best for you to take a pregnancy test. Thats the only way to know for sure. Although it is unlikly to get pregnant while on the pill, it is not 100% effective so you could possibly get pregnant. It is possible to experience spotting while pregnant or light to medium bleeding. FInd out for sure by taking the test-many health care facilities provide them for no cost and if you are pregant you just need to consider your options. good luck~nora
