every ime i bring up getting my tubes tied drs change the subject or try to talk me out of it. they also tell me to schedule a consultation to decide if i really want to. so a couple of weeks ago i called my o.b. to get a consultation app. and the nurse called back and asked me why i needed one, i told her so that i could get my tubes tied. you know what she tld me?! he's going to talk you out of it, i told her no he won't i really want this. she said, idon't think he'l do it. why not? i am married, i have three children, my last was born 3 months premature and i decided no more while i was pregnant with him. so why is this such a touchy issue?!
