I have read all instructions carefully and there is no instruction to say so. I just place it in as deep as possible with applicator and I think it will dissolve by itself. I can not imagine I can take anything out that deep by my hand. I am completely confused!!! I live in Australia. >Not familiar with pessary use for this.
