I should know how low your hormone are. If the hormone levels are like menopausal levels you should be amenorrhoic (I didn't read that); symptoms mimic those of menopause but are related to anxiety. Anxiety after surgery can be due to the worry about the possibility to maintain your youthness (sex hormones and regular menses means "complete women") and to get pregnant. Primary depression could be the second hypothesis about all the symptoms(the depressione arose casually at the time of ovary removal) .
