'Loosing' Orgasms

I am 21 years old and have been sexually active from 6 1/2 years (not continuous). I understand that a woman's orgasm is not by the least means an everday thing, but I can't have one at all. During arousal, I can easily be brought to the point of excess discharge and the 'almost' feeling of an orgasm, but it seems like just before it comes I totally loose the sensation. Everything has been tried and no matter what I can't achieve one. At first this really didn't bother me, but now during foreplay/sex once I start feeling the sensation I think I focus too much on having an orgasm and when I can't I totally loose disinterest in sex. I now feel as though I'm not "complete". Please tell me if you feel going to someone is neccessary and if so who. -Thank god female orgasms aren't needed for reproduction or we'd have major problems.
