A 2cm cyst is very tiny.....2.54cm=1 inch. It may just be you are ovulating. Nothing is done with a cyst that is that small normally. There is quite a bit about this in the archives, so feel free to read through.

Most of the time, a cyst that tiny will go away on its own.
