I had a cortisone shot in april. (for nasal inflamation). had my first EVER strang period, my first menstural migraines too. it took about three months to get my period straightened out. the migraines still continue. doc says its probably age related (37), but i find it too much of a coincidence that it started exactly when i got a steriod shot. I dont have anything to offer other than after a few months my periods went back to normal. perhaps it helped cause an anovulatory cycle? i dont know....
