My concern is going from the 20mcgs of estrogen in Mircette to the 30 mcgs in Loestrin. I had no negative physical side effects from the low dose mircette (i.e. weight gain, breakthrough bleeding, bloating, etc.) and am worried that with the increase to 30 mcgs, this may become a problem. Are my concerns justified? Should i ask my doctor to switch me to another low-dose pill instead?
