Condoms are not 100% and "pulling out" is an unreliable method of birth control. Stress can cause a period to be delayed, so her worrying about it might be delaying it. You also didn't say how old she is, but having a 32 day cycle "usually" means just that, "usually." She might be having a longer one this month. She should take a pregnancy test.
