Dear Kimmie, Well, my cyst was on my left ovary. Ever since I was young, I have had very bad cramps, my doc said this was due to my endometriosis. The pain due to the cyst was if I remember correctly, was a stabbing pain over my ovary area. The kind of sharp pain that takes your breath away for a moment and then is gone. This happened all through sex, not just during deep thrusting (considering it was too painful he never even got in far enough). That is all I have to offer you as for the pain, considering I am still in pain, so my cyst was not all of it. I am still searching for answers as you are. I just want to reassure you that no matter how alone you ever feel, remember there is a whole body of women going theough the exact same thing and are willing to offer love and support.
