There is nothing about the check up that would be noticeable. It's really not a big deal, so don't worry yourself over that. Trust me, what you would go through during a pregnancy would be a lot more invasive!!!!!!! I think a young man should be happy you want to take extra caution NOT to get pregnant. Yes, some pills can cause mood swings, but there are many that don't. They will know what is a good one for a young girl like yourself. Remember though, honesty is important in a relationship, and if you have to hide something so important, you probably might think about a new boyfriend! Take care from a Mom of 2 daughters!
