hi gretchen, i am not a doc but am currently going through something similar except i have sutures in me from a c section when i had my son they never disolved, so my doc is doing a d&c next week, which opens yr cervix and then look in my uterus and remove the rest of the material. I dont think you will have a problem getting pregnant, i have heard of several women who have had the same thing happen, and to remove it most likely will be an outpatient thing.. good luck, take care shelby
