Daniel Braun, MD: "Re: [Birth Control] Ortho cyclen and missed period" I have been taking the pill for about 6 months and usually experience bleeding the day I begin my 7 day "sugar pills". It is now my 4th day of the sugar pill for this month and I have had no bleeding. I have had a little bit of a white discharge. I usually take my pill at 10pm each night but I missed once and took it the next morning at 8am. Then I continued my normal routine. My boyfriend and I use condoms as well and I don't think anything has ever spilled. Could I be pregnant? Does this happen frequently?
