Further complications from Cervical Dysplagia

I had a abdominal hysterectomy 3 weeks ago due to 3 yrs. of abnormal pap smears showing mild to moderate dysplagia. I also had fibroids of numberous sizes & the (R) ovary & tube were removed due to a hemorrhagic cyst. The final diagnosis on the surgical pathology report states: Uterus: cervix w/no evidence of dysplagia. Intramural, suseoral & submucosal leiomyomata. Early secretory phase endometrium. (R) ovary: 1.5 cm hemorrhagic corpus luteum cyst. I was told that this dysplagia was caused by sexual intercourse. I was also told that future complications from the virus could be vaginal cancer and/or warts. I would like to know how much of a risk this is, what steps I can take to improve my chances of not developing such thru herbal/vitamin therapy, diet, etc. Also, is there not any type of medication that could treat this virus to keep it from running rampant inside my body. I was told that I probably contracted this virus 20+ years ago. Any information and/or advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to know what to do to insure better health. I have been in good health w/the exception of minor problems (outside of dealing w/this). I did have mono & EB Syndrome last summer and I suffered severe nephrytis (kidney) a little over a yr. ago. I am 44 yo mom of a 14 yo daughter w/no other surviving parent and I must say that knowing this virus can be a threat to my health terrifies me. Thank you for your time & assistance.
