That is about 1.5 by 2.5 inches. Golfball or slightly larger size.

If you have a normal pap smear and your cervix appears normal, it shouldn't be cervical cancer.

Whether or not the fibroid is of any concern depends on whether or not it is causing any symptoms. Things like why was the CAT scan don to start with?
